At Pappu Brothers, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

It is unused and in its original condition
The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
The product has a manufacturing defect verified by our team or the brand’s authorized technician

Products damaged due to incorrect installation by a third party, mishandling, or electrical surges are not eligible

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Installed pumps, submersible units, or equipment already in use
Custom boring or installation services
Items damaged due to customer negligence
Products tampered with or altered after purchase

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued only if:

A purchased product is not available in stock
A manufacturing defect is confirmed and no replacement unit is available
The return claim meets all eligibility requirements

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

If a product is found defective within the eligible period:

A replacement will be provided as per brand warranty
If replacement is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered
Installation or removal charges may apply depending on the situation

6. Service & Installation Refunds

Service charges (including boring, installation, inspection, or labor) are non-refundable, as they involve time, materials, and manpower already utilized.

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s official warranty policy. Pappu Brothers assists in the process but does not control the manufacturer’s approval timeline.
